Where is my order?
1. Track your order
All you need to do is log into 'My Account' and select the order you want to track.
Click the 'Track Order' button to track your parcel.
2. Check the estimated delivery date
You’ll find this date in your Order Confirmation email and by checking 'My Orders' in 'My Account'.
Please remember that this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive slightly before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date. To check the progress of your order, click the link for the tracking reference.
3. I'm still waiting for my order
Has your estimated delivery date elapsed? Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times). Our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you, so make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.
UK Delivery Options
At Hurlingham Polo we offer a range of delivery methods which you are able to select during the checkout process. We deliver to the whole of the UK. However please note that certain services might be restricted in some areas and deliveries may take longer (these areas are listed below).
Working day is classified as Monday - Friday. Bank Holidays are not considered to be a working day.
Any orders not going to mainland UK will be unavailable for next day delivery, a suitable courier will be chosen for these orders, for further information on this please reach out to our customer experience team.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way. Hurlingham Polo reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. Hurlingham Polo does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless Hurlingham Polo is responsible for the error.

Sustainable Packaging
The vast majority of our outbound packaging is now 100% recycled, recyclable and biodegradable. This has eliminated over 14 tonnes of single use plastic annually.
Our boxes are 100% recycled, our void fill is 100% recycled paper and the gum tape means the complete package is recyclable (please do recycle or reuse) and biodegradable.
Some orders may need additional protection, so plastic bubble wrap may be used, larger items may still be delivered in a recycled plastic bag. Often the individual products are delivered to us in plastic bags (we are working on these), so these will more than likely arrive inside our sustainable packaging.
Open your package carefully; if you need to return an item you can use it again. Please try and reuse your packaging, if not please recycle – if for whatever reason you can’t most of our packaging will biodegrade.

We do not ship to British Overseas Territories except for Gibraltar.
